Eagle Rare 25 Year Old is the oldest and rarest expression in the Buffalo Trace portfolio. Released as a highly limited run of roughly 200 bottles, this ultra-premium bourbon. Aroma: Antique wood, dark caramel, leather, and tobacco. Palate: A surprisingly bright and vibrant mouthfeel for its age, featuring notes of dark cherry, dried fruits, velvety dark chocolate, molasses, and refined oak. Finish: Exceptionally long and commanding, fading into lingering cocoa, toasted malts, and balanced dry oak tannins.
