Arette Artesanal Gran Clase Extra Anejo 750ml

A rare extra-aged Tequila that smells more like the agave than the barrel, mixing agave and faint jalapeño aromas. The palate is light, a refreshing mix of agave, fresh jalapeño and bell peppers, while the drying finish shows warming clove, cocoa and chocolate-covered cherry. The nose is very agave-centric, with vegetal bell pepper and jalapeno balanced by sweet tropical fruits and a lovely, subtle wood spice. Upon sipping, there is a wonderful viscosity carrying malty sweetness with salted caramel, cedar wood, bright citrus, and a spicy pepper finish.
