Bomberger’s Declaration PFG (Precision Fine Grain) 2025 is a 750ml limited-release Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in custom French fine-grain oak barrels, bottled at 100.2 proof (50.1% ABV). Cask Finishing: Finished in custom French oak barrels sourced from distinct forests (Tronçais, Allier, Nevers, and Vosges) that were air-dried for 40 months near the Charente River. Appearance: Rich mahogany red. Nose: Burnt sugar, warm spice, dark chocolate, and delicate floral undertones. Palate: Layered sweet notes of butter toffee, rich cherry, toasted oak, and vibrant fruit and spice. Finish: Long and smooth with lingering soft spice and chocolate notes.
