Hartfield & Co. Bourbon is a pre-Prohibition style bourbon whiskey made using methods from hundreds of years ago. It's made with a high malt mashbill that includes corn, rye, and 2-row malted barley. The bourbon is aged in a mix of 5 and 30 gallon barrels for 1-2 years, with smaller barrels producing a fully mature flavor profile.
