Mezcal Vago Ensamble by Tío Rey is an artisanal mezcal from Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, crafted by maestro mezcalero Salomón “Tío Rey” Rodríguez using traditional ancestral clay pot distillation (olla de barro). Made from a field blend (ensamble) of multiple agave varieties, each batch is unique, as the agaves are roasted, fermented, and distilled together rather than blended later.
