Much like its 115.10 proof cousin, this release has an amazing candy sweetness and caramel on the nose. The higher proof takes over the palate carrying more heat and spice as the caramel carries forward into candied apple and cinnamon. The spirit lingers on the tongue for pleasant light finish that brings hints of sweet apricot.
