Short Barrel (Shortbarrel) Sapsquatch Maple Cask Bourbon is a 110-proof, double-finished straight bourbon. It is crafted from a blend of 5 to 6-year-old Kentucky and Indiana whiskeys, further matured for 6 to 8 months in Vermont maple syrup and toasted oak barrels, resulting in a rich, structured, and complex flavor.  Infused with sugar maple spirals before a secondary maturation in toasted and maple syrup casks. This method is designed to impart structural depth without letting sticky, sweet notes overpower the base bourbon.
